After much discussion with friends/owner riders across Europe find below the official answer from MOTOTREND.
Dear partner, regarding your question about the average fuel consumption (AVG) of the VOGE 300 R vehicle, consider the following:
On European models, the VOGE 300 R uses the same meter as the VOGE 500 R.
On the VOGE 300 R the average fuel consumption (AVG) indicator does not work, because this function is not supported by the vehicle's ECU.
Unlike the VOGE 500 R, the same gauge supports Average Fuel Consumption (AVG) mode because it is supported by the vehicle's ECU.
Therefore this indication does not work on the VOGE 300 R.
